Delivery Policy

All our coffee is hand roasted to order and then shipped straight to you as soon as possible for maximum freshness.

Order Processing

Your order will be dispatched once payment is validated/received (for EFT’s this means that we cannot process the order until the funds have cleared in our account, which is usually the next business day).

Local Shipping

For orders within major cities in South Africa we use a courier service. Please allow two-five working days from receipt of payment to receive your order. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as ownership and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Flat Rate (main cities in South Africa) – R50

For areas not serviced by our courier company, The Provider will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our courier company within their normal routes. In these circumstances the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.

International Shipping

We love for our coffee to travel as far afield as possible, and are happy to do everything in our power to accommodate International orders.
